The 2023 annual statement will be sent in mid-February 2024. If you receive a pension from us, the annual statement will show how much pension you have received in the past year.

We are on the way to a new pension system. The employer HEINEKEN has shared a newsletter explaining why change is necessary, an overview of the steps taken and the next steps, what will remain the same, what is changing, where we are now and it also tells which parties are involved.

We have decided not to increase pensions per January 1, 2024. An increase depends on the following two topics: the increase in consumer prices (October-October); and the policy funding ratio. This indicates the financial situation of the pension fund. The increase in consumer prices in the period October 2022-October 2023 is decisive for an increase in pensions. In this period, consumer prices did not rise, but fell by 0.4%.

Answer: Many young people think this is true, but the good news is: you receive more pension than you put in! People who retire now will receive on average two to three times more pension than they paid together with their employer.

Answer: That is true. As with many other organisations, pension at Heineken is a working condition. This means that the collective labour agreement stipulates that you accrue pension at the Heineken Pension Fund.

Tuesday 7 to Thursday 9 November 2023 are the annual Three Days of Pension. During these three days, there is national extra attention for pensions. The Heineken Pension Fund is also participating and are asking for extra attention for pensions during these three days.

In June 2023, you will be invited to participate in a survey. The aim of the research is to gain insight into the extent to which the pension fund must invest the money for pension in a responsible manner.

The accountability council had several vacancies. At this moment they are all fulfilled.
