The Heineken Pension Fund (HPF) has a diversity policy. This policy sets out how the board, the accountability council and the supervisory board should be organized as diverse as possible.
The HPF has the following objectives for the composition of the board, the supervisory board and the accountability council:
– A composition that matches the structure of the participants
– A good ratio between young and old (at least one member under and one member over forty years)
– Good ratio between men and women (at least one man and one woman)
– Variety of skills, cultures and perspectives, with the composition as closely reflecting the stakeholders of the different parts of Heineken as possible
