If you take up employment with another employer
If you change your job and consequently join a different pension scheme you can choose to transfer the pension you have already accrued with us. This is what we call value transfer.
You do this with your new pension provider. Make sure you are well informed on this subject beforehand. Whether value transfer is a good choice to make depends, among other things, on the financial situation of your current and your new pension provider. If you decide not to transfer the value of your pension, then your pension remains with the Heineken Pension Fund and will be paid to you when you reach the age of 68. You then stop paying contribution to the Heineken Pension Fund and continue to accrue pension with your new employer.
