HEINEKEN and the employees’ representative organizations made a preliminary choice for the solidary contract as the preferred scheme for the new pension system. Together with the Heineken Pensioenfonds, social partners aim for a transition to the new system per 1 January 2025.

At the end of March, we conducted a participant survey to ask for your opinion regarding your preferences for a new pension scheme. This survey showed that a stable pension is very important to you and that you like to share the risks with other (former) participants and pension beneficiaries.

Consultant LCP has made an estimate of the investments return per pension fund. We are proud to announce that the HPF has achieved the second highest investment return in 2021!

Roelf Duursema has been appointed as a board member with effect from 1 January 2022 and also a key function holder for internal audit on behalf of the pensioners.

The cabinet has concluded a pension agreement with the employees ‘’and employers’’ organizations. This pension agreement outlines what the new pension system should look like.

The pension system in the Netherlands is going to change. The pension scheme of HEINEKEN will also change with it. This means that we are discussing a new pension scheme with representatives of the employer, employees and the pension fund. The Heineken Pension Fund executes the HEINEKEN pension scheme.

The HPF has decided to add investments in Russia to the exclusion list. As a result of this decision, the remaining investments in Russia will be sold as soon as possible and no new purchases will be made.
