If you work at HEINEKEN, you will in principle accrue pension with the Heineken Pension Fund. The Heineken Pension Fund is managed by a board consisting of representatives of HEINEKEN employees, employers and pensioners.
The Heineken Pension Fund also has an Accountability Council.The Accountability Council advises the board in advance on policy and annually assesses whether the board has acted properly. The Accountability Council is also involved in the new pension contract.
