The pension system in the Netherlands is going to change. The pension scheme of HEINEKEN will also change with it. This means that we are discussing a new pension scheme with representatives of the employer, employees and the pension fund. The Heineken Pension Fund executes the HEINEKEN pension scheme. To find out your opinion and preferences, the Heineken Pension Fund will send you a short survey. The results of the survey will be shared with HEINEKEN on an anonymous and total level. If you move within the Netherlands, we receive information about the change of your address through the Personal Records Database (BPD). It is not necessary to inform us about a move within the Netherlands. Please do contact us if you are moving to an address outside the Netherlands. We don’t receive this information.
Due to the introduction of the Future Pensions Act (Wtp), HEINEKEN’s pension scheme must be adjusted. The adjustment of the pension scheme has been agreed upon by HEINEKEN, the trade unions and the works councils of HEINEKEN and laid down in the Transition Plan.
The board of the Heineken Pension Fund has determined the premiums for the year 2025.
