The 2023 annual statement will be sent in mid-February 2024. If you receive a pension from us, the annual statement will show how much pension you have received in the past year. And if you retired in 2023, you will receive an annual statement from both Heineken and the pension fund. You will also receive several annual statements if you have income from work in addition to your pension.
If you work, you receive the annual statement from HEINEKEN. The annual statement shows what you have earned in the past year. If you had several employers last year, you will receive multiple annual statements.
You can use the annual statement for your income tax return. Keep it with you when filling out your income tax return for 2023.
If you move within the Netherlands, we receive information about the change of your address through the Personal Records Database (BPD). It is not necessary to inform us about a move within the Netherlands. Please do contact us if you are moving to an address outside the Netherlands. We don’t receive this information.
Due to the introduction of the Future Pensions Act (Wtp), HEINEKEN’s pension scheme must be adjusted. The adjustment of the pension scheme has been agreed upon by HEINEKEN, the trade unions and the works councils of HEINEKEN and laid down in the Transition Plan.
The board of the Heineken Pension Fund has determined the premiums for the year 2025.
