Changes in Board and AC

There have been some changes in the Board and the Accountability Council.

Leonie Geenen-Van Straaten will leave the HPF board on January 1, 2023 after many years. The HPF thanks her for her efforts all these years. Sebastiaan Berkvens will accompany the board as an observer to fill the vacancy that arises in the future.

Henk Jansen and Laura van Nes have left the AC during the last months. The HPF thanks them for their efforts in recent years. Leen van Paridon and Ton van der Valk have just started at the AC on behalf of the pensioners.

Due to the introduction of the Future Pensions Act (Wtp), HEINEKEN’s pension scheme must be adjusted. The adjustment of the pension scheme has been agreed upon by HEINEKEN, the trade unions and the works councils of HEINEKEN and laid down in the Transition Plan.
