Message on behalf of People Operations: Change in contact hours savings account

3 December 2024 | News

On behalf of People Operations, we inform you about the changes that will be implemented in the telephone contact as of January 1, 2025 for questions about the savings account and withdrawals. Please note: the savings account is for employees at HEINEKEN and for pensioners who have retired from active employment at HEINEKEN. People Operations has found that there is little contact between 12:00 and 17:00 PM. That is why they will adjust the telephone opening hours to peak hours 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM as of January 1, 2025.

Until the end of 2024, the telephone contact will remain unchanged and the current external partner will answer and handle all questions and requests. Starting from January 1, 2025, HEINEKEN People Operations will take on the telephone contact in order to further improve the service in the future. This contact can still be conducted in your preferred language, either Dutch or English.

The telephone number remains unchanged, for all questions People Operations can be reached between 09:00 AM and 12:00 PM via telephone number: +31 (0)71 5458020.

Of course, you can also send your question or withdrawal requests via email: sparen@heineken.nl.
