Changes disability pension schemes 1 January 2024

As of 1 January 2024, the execution of the Heineken Invalidity Plan (HIR) will change. The execution of the HIR is currently carried out by the Heineken Pension Fund. It is more efficient to place everything with Centraal Beheer Achmea, as they already execute the disability scheme when you are partially disabled.
Discontinuation of voluntary disability pension scheme
As of January 1, 2024, HEINEKEN will stop offering the voluntary supplementary disability pension scheme to new participants. Current participants in the voluntary supplementary disability pension have the opportunity to continue this voluntary insurance with the Heineken Pension Fund.
