6 January 2025Due to the introduction of the Future Pensions Act (Wtp), HEINEKEN’s pension scheme must be adjusted. The adjustment of the pension scheme has been agreed upon by HEINEKEN, the trade unions and the works councils of HEINEKEN and laid down in the Transition Plan.
