The Accountability Council (AC) at the Heineken Pension Fund consists of representatives of employees, employers and pensioners. Currently there is a vacancy in the AC for a member on behalf of the employees. The vacancy arose because the AC member is nominated as a member of the board of the Heineken Pension Fund.
The documentation is in Dutch. Therefore it is important that Dutch can be read/understood.
Do you want to become part of the AC?
Click here for more information about the vacancy (only available in Dutch). A detailed profile can be found here (only available in Dutch). Due to the current composition of the accountability body, preference is given to a candidate under the age of 40. We strive for a balanced representation of different age groups. Nevertheless, we encourage everyone to apply! It is not a problem if you do not yet have sufficient pension knowledge. There are plenty of opportunities to gain that knowledge. Both learning on the job and you will be given the opportunity to follow a course.
Would you like to learn more about the valuable working condition pension and do you want to contribute to the implementation of your pension scheme and a bright future for all HEINEKEN colleagues? Or if you have any questions about the position and the Heineken Pension Fund, please contact Marleen Veldhuis-Buijsman. If you are interested in the position, please email before August 22, 2025 your CV and cover letter to her. Elections are organized for several suitable candidates.
Organization of the Heineken Pension Fund
If you work at HEINEKEN, you will in principle accrue pension with the Heineken Pension Fund. The Heineken Pension Fund is managed by a board consisting of representatives of employees, employers and pensioners of HEINEKEN.
The AC advises the board in advance on policy and assesses annually afterwards whether the board has acted properly. The AC is also involved in the new pension contract.
