Your pension
Since January 1, 2026, the Heineken Pension Fund has a solidarity defined contribution pension plan. Your personal pension capital moves in line with financial market performance. You can track the development of your pension through My Pension.
Do you work for HEINEKEN and participate in the Heineken Pension Fund?
If so, you and your employer contribute to your pension plan every month. Most of these contributions are paid into your personal pension capital.
In My Pension, you can see:
how much money you have in your personal pension capital;
how much pension you are expected to receive;
the costs deducted from your pension capital;
the premiums for survivor's pension and disability pension coverage; and
whether your pension capital has achieved a positive or negative investment return.
Have you left HEINEKEN but previously participated in the Heineken Pension Fund?
If so, you can use My Pension to see how your personal pension capital changes over time as a result of positive or negative investment returns.
