The pension plan
The HEINEKEN Pension Fund has had a solidarity-based defined contribution pension plan since January 1, 2026. Your personal pension capital moves in line with economic developments. You can track the development of your pension through My Pension. In addition, pension benefits are arranged for you or your dependants in the event of illness, disability, or death.
