Working more or fewer hours

If you start working more or fewer hours, this may affect your salary. This also affects the contributions paid into your pension capital.

What is arranged for you

The amount paid into your pension depends on your salary. If you work more or fewer hours and your salary changes, the amount paid into your pension capital will also change. We will make sure that the correct amount is paid into your pension capital based on your new salary.

What do you need to do

HEINEKEN will inform us if your working hours change. You do not need to do anything.

  • If you work fewer hours and earn less, less money will be paid into your pension capital. As a result, your expected pension may be lower.

  • You can use the pension planner on My Pension to see how your expected pension may change.

  • Please contact us if you have any questions. We will be happy to help you.
