Old rules for pension (until December 31, 2025)
Since January 1, 2026, the new rules for pensions are in force. With this renewed pension, we are ready for the future. All accrued pensions have been converted into personal pension assets in the new pension scheme.
Did you accrue pension with us before January 1, 2026?
Then you have accrued pension according to the old pension rules. The old pension scheme was a defined benefit agreement. You accrued retirement pension, pension for your partner and pension for your children. And if you became fully disabled, you received a disability pension from Heineken Pensioenfonds until you reached the state pension age. And in the event of disability, you continued to accrue pension without paying contributions yourself.
