Pension funds of the Netherlands are telling about pensions on social media
The pension funds of the Netherlands are telling on Instagram and Facebook about pension accrual in the Netherlands and what the benefits are. Follow the 'Pensioenfondsen' accounts there and you will get short, powerful information about some important facts. For example, do you know how many times the pension premium you pay is refunded to you when you retire? Or do you know what happens with the money that pension funds earn on the investments they make? You can read that on the website www.pensioenfondsen.nl, an initiative of the pension funds of the Netherlands.
Pension specification August
It is possible that you will receive the pension specification a few days later than you are used to. You will of course receive your pension on 15 August.
Pension increase by 3.42% and change pension regulations
The board of the HPF has decided to increase the pensions by 3.42% as of 1 July 2022. This percentage is equal to the maximum surcharge that we can grant, which is the increase in consumer prices (based on the price increase from October 2020 to October 2021). We can execute this increase because the government has temporarily changed the rules for pension increases. As a result, pensions can already be increased at a policy funding ratio of 105%. These rules have been implemented in anticipation of the new pension system and included in the pension regulations as of 1 July 2022.
Possible pension increase
The government has temporarily extended the indexation rules, so that pensions may already be increased at a policy funding ratio of 105%. These rules have been implemented in anticipation of the new pension system. If the conditions are met, the HPF could make use of the extended indexation rules.
Digital communication
The HPF likes to communicate by e-mail with pensioners and former participants. Enter your e-mail address if you are a pensioner or former participant of the Heineken Pension Fund by scanning the QR code or by filling in our contact form.
Vacancy Accountabillity Council
There are vacancies in the Accountability Council (AC) of the Heineken Pension Fund (HPF). An important role, because the HPF board is accountable to the AC for the policy and the way in which it is implemented. The AC assesses the policy pursued and has the right to advise the board on a number of subjects. The HPF encourages everyone to apply who would like to learn more about the HEINEKEN pension scheme and thus contribute to a bright future for all HEINEKEN colleagues. The documentation is in Dutch. It is therefore important that Dutch can be read/understood. The spoken language may also be English. You can read more about the position and what is expected of you here. (only available in Dutch)
