Change supplementary partner's pension
As of 1 January 2023, the scheme for the Supplementary Partner's Pension will change. The following three changes are effective January 1, 2023:
Changes in Board and AC
There have been some changes in the Board and the Accountability Council.
Leonie Geenen-Van Straaten will leave the HPF board on January 1, 2023 after many years. The HPF thanks her for her efforts all these years. Sebastiaan Berkvens will accompany the board as an observer to fill the vacancy that arises in the future.
New pensioen system
The Heineken Pension Fund is working together with HEINEKEN and the employees’ organizations in a project to work out how we can and want to transfer to the new pension system. The parties are currently studying the preliminary preferential scheme and are investigating the impact of policy variants and the consequences of the current pensions transfer into the new scheme. This is the in-depth phase of the project.
Policy ratio November 144.5%
The current funding ratio at the end of November 2022 is 144.5% (year-end 2021: 119.2%).
The current funding ratio represents the ratio between liabilities and assets of the HPF at a specific point in time.
Premiums 2023
De premies voor de pensioenregelingen kunnen per jaar anders zijn. Het bestuur van het HPF heeft de premies voor het jaar 2023 vastgesteld.
Increase pensions with 14.33%
The Board has decided to increase the pensions by 14.33% per January 1, 2023. For pensioners the increase of the pension benefit will be processed with the pension benefit for the month of February. You will then receive the increase twice. This means that the regular pension amount is received in March. This is equal to the increase in consumer prices between the end of October 2021 and the end of October 2022. This is the maximum increase that we can give (based on the consumer price increase from October 2021 to October 2022).
