Communication by e-mail
The HPF likes to communicate by e-mail.With this we are happy to meet the expressed wish of participants to receive communication digitally. This is also more sustainable. From now on, participants will receive the communication from the pension fund digitally at their HEINEKEN e-mail address! New Pension System
The cabinet has concluded a pension agreement with the employees ‘’and employers’’ organizations. This pension agreement outlines what the new pension system should look like. A number of things are already clear, but many parts still need to be worked out in more detail. The social partners are currently examining which pension contract will be chosen.We would like to keep you informed about developments on our webpage.

If you change jobs, you can transfer your accrued pension to the new pension provider. We call this value transfer. Read more about value transfer in this blog.
Participant survey new pension scheme of HEINEKEN
The pension system in the Netherlands is going to change. The pension scheme of HEINEKEN will also change with it. This means that we are discussing a new pension scheme with representatives of the employer, employees and the pension fund. The Heineken Pension Fund executes the HEINEKEN pension scheme. To find out your opinion and preferences, the Heineken Pension Fund will send you a short survey. The results of the survey will be shared with HEINEKEN on an anonymous and total level. Investments in Russia (Update)
The HPF has decided to add investments in Russia to the exclusion list. As a result of this decision, the remaining investments in Russia will be sold as soon as possible and no new purchases will be made. In the case of investment funds, the HPF has no direct control over the investment policy of the investment funds concerned.
