The pension system in the Netherlands is going to change. The pension scheme of HEINEKEN will also change with it. This means that we are discussing a new pension scheme with representatives of the employer, employees and the pension fund. The Heineken Pension Fund executes the HEINEKEN pension scheme. To find out your opinion and preferences, the Heineken Pension Fund will send you a short survey. The results of the survey will be shared with HEINEKEN on an anonymous and total level.
