Development of your personal pension capital
Blog
From now on, you can see how your personal pension capital changes each month in My Pension.
Each month, we add the financial results of the investments to your personal pension capital. These results can be positive or negative. As a result, your personal pension capital may go up or down. You can follow these changes in My Pension.
If you work for HEINEKEN, you will also see the pension contributions that you and HEINEKEN pay each month. If you are already receiving a pension, you will see the pension payment that is paid each month from your personal pension capital.
The information on this page helps you understand the information shown in My Pension.
Good to know: The amounts shown in My Pension are not fixed. They change with financial developments and may therefore go up or down from month to month. The pension amount you see is an estimate.
Even if you are already receiving a pension, your personal pension capital continues to change each month. Your pension payment does not. It remains the same throughout the calendar year. Once a year, we review the financial results and determine whether pension payments can be adjusted. After that, your pension payment remains fixed for the next calendar year. If the financial result is negative, we use a reserve called the solidarity reserve. The aim of this reserve is to help prevent pension payments from being reduced.
