Initial results of the risk preference and pension investment survey
Blog
Last summer, we invited you to take part in a survey about your risk preference when investing for your pension. In total 2,447 participants completed the questionnaire, resulting in a response rate of 17.5%. This is a significant increase compared to 2023, when the survey achieved a response rate of 12.6%.
The Heineken Pension Fund will use the results to assess whether the outcomes are in line with the objectives and framework of the current collective investment policy.
The pension fund will use the survey results, together with scientific insights and the characteristics of all participants in the Heineken Pension Fund, when considering potential adjustments to the collective investment policy for different age groups. The Board is expected to determine the risk attitude for this purpose in November 2026.
Risk attitude refers to the extent to which participants, former participants and pensioners are willing to take investment risks, as well as the extent to which they are able to bear those risks. This is also determined separately for each age group.
As soon as more information becomes available about the survey outcomes and the next steps, we will share it on our website.
We would like to thank everyone who participated in the survey. |
