Partial retirement

Instead of retiring completely, you can choose to start receiving part of your pension earlier.

If you choose this option, the part of your old-age pension that starts early will be lower. This is because we will pay your pension for a longer period than if it started at the standard age of 68.

In addition, once part of your pension starts, contributions are no longer paid into your pension capital for that part of your pension. As a result, choosing partial retirement has financial consequences.

Your pension accrual will be reduced accordingly and the old-age pension that starts early will be lower. For the part of your employment that continues, you will remain a participant in the pension plan.

No longer working for HEINEKEN?

If you are no longer employed by HEINEKEN, you can also choose to start part of your pension early.

In that case, your pension will also be lower, because we will pay your pension over a longer period of time.
